The Brief
Stanhope are one of the UK's leading commercial property developers with an astounding track record of landmark projects reaching back over forty years. They needed a video that told this story in a succinct and powerful way, while also communicating their organisation's culture and looking to their future and the bold vision that they have moving forward. The video was to fit in with a recent rebrand to reach customers old and new and communicate previous achievments and bold, new ambitions.

Our Approach
We were keen to keep the video short and engaging so elected to interview only two stakeholders, the founder and the Managing Director. By illustrating key strands of their approach to developing and strategy for the future with previous projects, we were able to work with Stanhope to develop a shooting script that gave the interviewees a broad framework, without resorting to an overly didactic tone of voice. We were able to work with the contributors before and during the filming to advise and coach them.

The Results
The result is a combination of sharp, incisive and informative interview content interspersed with inspiring film and photography, showcasing some of Stanhope's truly groundbreaking projects. The engaging structure meets all the requirements of the brief, positioning the business as experts and leaders in their fields, while maintaining a familiarity and approachability to put potential clients and partners at ease.
