Deliveroo uses Salesforce to support its onboarding of up to 1,000 new restaurants every month across the world. Deliveroo also uses a Clayton product that builds on Salesforce, deploying AI to track down design flaws and vulnerabilities in the code, to improve and speed up this onboarding process.
Our goal was to create a case study video with a clear interview narrative that explained Clayton’s contribution to Deliveroo’s success, and to supplement this with engaging b-roll material.
We interviewed two staff members from Deliveroo. The shoot was scheduled for a weekend in order to have access to the open-plan office without noise interruptions. We also captured broll of the speakers working in different locations around the office, making sure to feature the highly recognisable Deliveroo branding.
The final customer success story video clearly lays out Clayton’s solution and its impact on Deliveroo’s restaurant onboarding process. There is a filmic look & feel to all of the interview and broll material that elevates the case study’s production values and, in the mind of the viewer, creates an association with the excellence of Clayton’s products and services.
