A key part of Netsuite's marketing and communications is customer success stories, illustrating how users are benefiting from the different elements of their CRM and ERP software. When they were looking to film a series of these with customers based in the UK and The Netherlands they approached NextShoot.

It was important that the completed videos matched the standards and look and feel of other videos in the series completed by Netsuite's marketing department in the US.

Pre-production involved researching not just Netsuite's product range but also the customers' businesses in order to streamline the interview process and determine the ideal outcomes from each shoot.

The central theme linking all the videos was disruptive technology - how the business and retail landscape is being changed by our ever evolving relationships with technology, our changing expectations and the ways in which businesses are addressing this.
Shot over two days in London and two in Amsterdam, the videos are succinct, stylish and punchy. They capture the energy of these young start-ups, their new ways of working but also, crucially, how Netsuite has enabled them to do this. Our experience in filming overseas and our logistical expertise allowed Netsuite's travelling team to hit the ground running and leverage the most from their budget.
